We will make every effort to keep the online store up-to-date however one or more items could be out of stock at the time we receive your order. We will send you the items from your order that are available, with an invoice showing which items have been included and those which are out-of-stock. We will advise you as soon as possible if any order cannot be filled. If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact us with that information.

We will make every effort to ensure the product descriptions and prices shown in the online ordering service are accurate and up-to-date. Title to all products supplied to you will be retained by us until payment is made in full. All risk of loss and/or damage to the products are passed to you on the delivery process of the products to you. Payments are accepted via PayPal. By completing and submitting the electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by The Little Craft Shop, will result in a binding contract. Your card or account will be debited via PayPal when you submit the order form. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted or a contract formed. You will receive an email notification when your order is being processed, if accepted by The Little Craft Shop, or if the order is rejected for any reason a full refund will be issued. The Little Craft Shop reserves the right to refuse orders at their discretion.
Do not send us your credit/debit card information by mail or email. All credit and debit card transactions are to be made via PayPal.
For international orders we only accept PayPal as the payment method.
Since we are a registered bussines in Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico residents pay sales tax of 7% which will be added during checkout.
