Shipping

We use USPS as our shipping method. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the USPS server based on the product or products combined weight for each purchase. This calculation will be done during the checkout process.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you purchased from us, you may return undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number. Only authorized returns will be fully credited. Items must be returned in their original condition, so please repackage them carefully. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return in order to apply properly the credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded unless it was our mistake. Customer pays for shipping on return items. Products returned after 7 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is return to us by the Postal Office, you will be charged a restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
